About Us
Established in 2006, Grand Pointe subdivision celebrates the subtle influences of the French, Mediterranean, Caribbean, and West Indies styles, which all come together to create a magical architecture known only to Louisiana. The subdivision has many streets and alleys consisting of about 300 single-family homes, ranging in size from 1,500 to 4,200 sq ft. There are townhouses and cottages, as well as traditional homes, many of which are lake-side or river-front. Amenities include a playground, swimming pool, club house, parks, lakes and walking paths. The neighborhood is regulated via restrictive covenants by an active HOA.
Nestled in a bend of the Vermillion River, Grand Pointe is located within the city limits of Lafayette, in the southern portion of Lafayette parish. Situated between Kaliste Saloom Rd and East Broussard Rd, homeowners are only moments away from the best shopping, schools, churches, medical facilities, recreation and restaurants in Lafayette.
